​Flat Cut Letters
 

Cut out letters are an effective way to make your sign stand out from the rest. They can be made to more or less any size, colour and style. These flat cut letters can be made from rigid pvc, acylic or aluminium and are usually placed on locators to give a ‘stepped off’ three dimension look  We use acrylics from manufacturers such as Perspex and Plexiglas to produce impeccable quality flat cut letters for indoor and outdoor use. 

• Flat cut letters and logos are produced from a wide range of quality materials, with cut or polished edges

• Full laser cutting service available

• We use Perspex, Palite Foam PVC and Alupanel composites in a variety of finishes including mirror, brushed finishes and plain colours

• We can produce almost any size of letter, shape or logo in any style up to 3m high

• Flat cut letters can be produced as mounted letters to create a border effect

• Supplied with locators and template as required. Brass locators can be supplied at extra cost.

All our sign trays can be made from various materials due to the technologies we operate.
We offer Aluminium Composite sign trays made from brands like (Dibond, Reynobond and Alu panel), 2mm and 3mm raw aluminium sign trays powder coated or stove enamelled to a requested colour and finish, Stainless steel sign trays in Brushed, Polished, Gold finishes etc

• Sign trays manufactured to order from quality 3mm thick aluminium composite

• Supplied ready folded or flat for you to fold

• Can be supplied cut-out for push-through letters OR with letters applied to surface

• Any size of sign tray supplied with joining bars if required

• Large range of colours and metallic finishes
